4. Product Information & Pricing

We do our best to display accurate product images, descriptions, and prices. However:

  • Colors may appear slightly different on different screens.
  • Prices and product availability can change without notice.
  • If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders & Payment

When you place an order:

  • You receive an order confirmation by email and/or SMS.
  • Your order is processed after we verify the details.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Visa, Mastercard, and other available payment methods.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or incorrect information.

6. Cash on Delivery Policy

For COD orders:

  • Payment is collected in UAE Dirham (AED) at the time of delivery.
  • Please have the exact amount ready, or the courier may not have change.
  • You may inspect your package before paying, but you cannot use the product until payment is complete.
  • Repeatedly refusing COD orders without valid reason may result in account suspension.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays or events
  • Courier company issues
  • Incorrect address or unavailability of recipient
