How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Within 7 days of delivery, message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.
Get Approval
Our team will review your request within 24 hours and share return instructions.
Pack the Item
Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and the invoice.
Ship It Back
We’ll arrange a pickup or share the return address. Keep the courier receipt safe.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and verify the item, your refund is processed within 2–3 business days.
Refund Methods
- COD Orders: Refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit (Mada/STCPay) (your choice).
- Card Payments: Refunds go back to the original card used at checkout.
- Store Credit: You can choose store credit to use on your next order (often processed faster).
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange — just follow the same process above and let us know what you’d like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the damaged/wrong item
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
